About the Artist:

 

Alegria Gomez is a professional, freelance makeup artist; with extensive training with high-end companies such as MAC, Sephora, and several various luxury brands. With over 4 years of experience working with clients with various preferences, skin types, conditions, ages, facial structures, genders throughout her freelance career and education at Blanche MacDonald Centre's Global Artisty Program, Alegria has retained a vast foundation of skills and expertise to excecute a professional and flawless makeup application, every time.

 

Dash of Lash (formerly known as Makeup By Mama) was founded when individuals began to take notice of Alegria's raw talent and skills. She started by freelancing on friends, family and coworkers, before she was reffered to others and built her clientelle.

She was soon scouted by MAC Cosmetics, and there her professional artistry career began! She enrolled in Blanche MacDonald to obtain her cosmetology certificate, and to further educate herself in all aspects of makeup artistry, including hairstyling, full body airbrushing, makeup for TV & Film, out of kit effects and prosthetic makeup.

 

Post graduation, Alegria pursuited a career in the art of lash extensions and aesthetics.
